Artist Process

Each map is carefully researched, and iconic state symbols are selected to represent each state. Sara paints each individual illustration in watercolor, then scans them with a high resolution scanner. She uses digital techniques to craft the final map design, with hand lettering and hand painted backgrounds for each state. She is working on adding all 50 states.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive at your door, within the US. All prints and originals ship FREE within the US, 100% satisfaction guarantee. All prints are made to order to eliminate excess and ship from California. Customers on the west coast will receive their orders faster due to the location.

Have followed Sara’s art over the years. She has so much talent and even designed CD covers for Cher and Sheryl Crow. I really love the state maps. They make great gifts.
